I upgraded to the business license and installed the plugin sucessfully in WP, but cannot access the page to create my event because it tells me that I do not have sufficient permission to access that page.

Hi Christy,

Could you ensure that you are logged into your WordPress admin with an administrator account?

If that doesn’t help could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso and see if you can access the Events overview page?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Ok apparently deactivating all my plugins worked. So after I create my event can I reactivate my plugins and everything be fine?

Here is one way to determine the plugin that is creating the conflict:

Open your events overview page in one browser tab. Open your WP plugins page in another.

Then begin reactivating the plugins one by one and also check to see if you can still reach your event overview page.
