Not getting registration notifications and error notification during registratio

I am not getting notifications when people are registering for my event. The last time I held an event, the notifications were sporadic. Now, I’m not getting them at all unless I look in my spam filter and see a message from the Mail Delivery System. I tried changing the email address that I am using in the system to one that is not a yahoo account, but that did not make a difference.

I am also getting an error message at the bottom of the page that appears after registrants enter their contact information. It says “AttentionAn error occured, a valid event id is required for this shortcode to function properly.” Could this have something to do with the problem above? The registrations come thru just fine even when this message is shown, and they can click on PayPal to pay without any problems.

I have the newest version of WordPress installed. I have Events Espresso Version 3.1.36.5.P installed. None of the other options that came with my Event Espresso are currently active. The link to the registration page is http://sycamorecanyontucson.com/event-registration/?ee=8

Hello, the Postmark app or Mandrill transactional email services will help ensure that emails are delivered to the inbox:

For the shortcode issue, that may be caused by a stray shortcode.

Required shortcodes along with their pages can be found in WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings.

Try running a search in WordPress admin –> Pages for ESPRESSO. Then open each page that is found in a new tab and look to see if there are any extra shortcodes on the pages (keep the required shortcodes but remove any extras).
