Not able to get to the payment page this is what I have on the server log:

414 Request-URI Too Long

The server is refusing to service the request because the Request-URI is longer than the server is willing to interpret. This rare condition is only likely to occur when a client has improperly converted a POST request to a GET request with long query information, when the client has descended into a URI “black hole” of redirection (e.g., a redirected URI prefix that points to a suffix of itself), or when the server is under attack by a client attempting to exploit security holes present in some servers using fixed-length buffers for reading or manipulating the Request-URI.

Hi there,

It looks like something is taking all of the registration form fields and outputting them into the next step’s URL, which normally does not happen.

Are there any other plugins activated on this website?

This started happening about 3 weeks after installing iThemes security. I am assuming that I will just have to uninstall and reinstall?

If it’s caused by iThemes security, it may be a specific setting in iThemes that was changed 3 weeks ago. Uninstalling and reinstalling Event Espresso will likely not help in this case if the issue is caused by the security plugin.

Josh, I actually misspoke. It was working with the iThemes security plugin installed and configured. Now it is not.

Further in a completely separate issue – if the price for the event is set, why would it double without this being changed in the code? This is also happening.
