I use WordPress 3.5.1. and just downloaded the business Event Espresso today, and get this message?:

Warning: require_once(manager/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /customers/6/6/d/itmesse.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/espresso-ticketing.php on line 65 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘manager/index.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /customers/6/6/d/itmesse.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing/espresso-ticketing.php on line 65

Hi Serina,

It’s likely one of these:

1) The manager/index.php is missing from your installation of the ticketing add-on.

2) The file permissions on the server do not allow it to open the /manager/index.php

You can try deleting the ticketing add-on from your installation, then go back the your account page and re-download a fresh copy of the ticketing add-on. Then re-install.

Hi 🙂

I tried deleting the ticketing add-on, re-downloaded a fresh copy and re-installed it (in the “plugins” like i did with the event espresso) using Filezilla..

Still get the error message….?

Where do I change the file permissions?

Here are instructions for changing permissions: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions#Using_an_FTP_Client
In filezilla, can you confirm that the manager/index.php file is there? If it’s there, I would check the permissions on the manager directory. Typically, files should be 644 and directories should be 755.
