We are a 501 c 6 non profit organization, hoping you might have a discount available for us off of your $249.00 package?
Also, we paid to have a website created and now we have a website that is using event expresso but we cannot update it because we paid that website firm and now dont have a relationship with them.
So we really already paid for event expresso.
How can you help?

It sounds like your developer purchased EE for you. If you can email us at sales@eventespresso.com, we can help you look up the account and see about getting it transferred to you.

Help Needed. I purchased Event Expresso brand new today and I cannot find the license key to update my current event expresso located on BrowardBiz.com. I have 3 keys listed in my account page, 2 of them end in the word free and one does not. i assumed that is the one I jkust bought but it did not allow my event expresso to update

Hey Lawrence,
I have deleted one of the FREE license keys. You should only have one in your account. I also deleted and added a new license key. Can you try that one? Remove the key that you currently have, save the blank field in your settings, then enter the new key and save.
Let me know if you have any issues.
