I am with a non-profit looking to organize a conference with several workshops. It would have around 1000 participants. I have a few questions about EE capabilities and pricing.

  1. How much is the non-profit discount? (I need to put together a cost profile of our different options)
  2. Is it possible to organize attendance for workshops within the conference through this platform?
  3. Just to clarify, there is no per-registration fee or credit-card transaction fee associated with Event Espresso?

We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.

  1. I replied to your email with an answer to this question and a discount code. 🙂
  2. Can you explain this one a little more? We don’t have functionality to require registration for the conference then allow the attendee to register for workshops within the conference.
  3. No. We do not collect commission on your event ticket sales. You pay for the license and add-ons, and if you choose to renew next year, you will get a discount for the renewal.
