No ticket to attendee

I’ve got people buying tickets to an event with a ticket template selected on the back end, but the confirmation email is not including their ticket. What am I missing?

Hi there,

Doe the confirmation email have the [ticket_link] shortcode in its contents?

Thanks! as soon as you said that I remember reading that when I was looking at the product. I did do a “search” before I asked the question…those never seem to work out for me though.
