Some people have tried to register for tickets but there is no drop-down arrow option on the ticket selector box. Is there a quick fix for this problem?

May I ask is there a page on your site where there’s no drop down arrow? The page I checked has the quantity selector for tickets. If you have a screenshot showing the problem, you can share the screenshot in a reply via a screenshot sharing tool like snipboard.io.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot and cannot replicate the problem myself. However, several people have complained about not seeing the drop down. This is where people are getting tickets: https://getbigorgohome.com/million-dollar-weekend/?nocache=1

I cannot replicate the problem either. I viewed the page with my iPhone, my iPad, Firefox, Chrome, Safari (mac OS), and Edge.
Perhaps they’re not using a recent version of any of the above browsers? If you get a report from someone that cannot select a ticket, what you could do is ask them to visit the following site:
https://supportdetails.com/
and they can send you the details shown there via the form on the page.
