No ticket for the registrant

When I guest registers, they don’t receive a ticket, just a confirmation, but I receive a copy of their ticket.

Do you mean the type of ticket they print? Did you add the [ticket_link] shortcode to your confirmation email template? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/
