When I enable the Roles & Permissions Basic add-on, duplicated events do not display any pre-configured Staff checkboxes, and instead the combobox shows “Please add at least one person.” This text links to the Staff Manager, which shows that I do in fact have Staff configured. I found a similar combobox-related issue on another thread (https://eventespresso.com/topic/permissions-urgent/), the hotfix for which addressed the disappearance of Event Questions. It appears that the Staff section is suffering the same problem. Is there a workaround for this, short of disabling R&P, or does EE staff have a recommendation on how to tweak Thanks! |

Hello Brian, Using EE 3.1.27.P and Roles & Permissions (RP) Basic 1.5.2 I had no problem duplicating an event with staff on it. I can see that your EE is up to date, is your RP also up to date? What other add ons and versions are you running? Does this issue occur every time you duplicate an event with staff or is it random? |

Hi, Dean: R&P is 1.5.3, the update mentioned in the similar forum post I mentioned. Other add-ons are Multi-Event Reg 1.0.4 and Recurring Events 1.1.7. While trying to find what situations the issue occurs, I found that events created OR duplicated by Is there a particular user Capability or Role that corresponds to the rendering of this section? You may be able to duplicate the issue by setting up a non-admin account with the Screenshots of my R&P setup can be viewed at the following links:

I wanted to add that the Additional Question checkboxes were also not appearing when I last did a screen-share with my client whose account role was set to In the interim I’ve disabled R&P and granted some of the client accounts full WP administrator access so that they have access to all of the functionality. |
