No route was found matching the URL and request method (3)

Hi,

We recently held our yearly event and found every phone (2 of them) that had new users created for scanning tickets were given the error message above.

They recognised the ticket, confirmed the name etc but wouldn’t check people in. My personal phone which is the original user/creator works fine, this only happens with newly added users.

Any idea where I’ve gone wrong?

Hi Jeff,

So your creating user accounts so that others can scan/check-in users with the app and these new user accounts see the error above?

What role are you assigning to these users?

They’re both added as admin.

So far, I’ve not been able to reproduce this.

Can you create an account I can use to test this and provide a ticket I can scan to see what is happening?

Hi Jeff,

My apologies for the delay.

Can you clarify the steps to reproduce this, please?

I logged into your site with the credentials provided and found a registration for your 2019 event (Reg ID 748).

Using that ticket I can check the user in through the app with those same credentials.

I’ve deleted the check-in record so you can’t view it now but the account seems to be working fine. Which app did the 2 accounts use?

Both have the app from the Google Play Store. Both gave exactly the same error message.
