You upgraded to 3.1.15? That is a very old version of Event Espresso, currently over 15 iterations behind the latest and over a year old in real terms. Many new features and bug fixes have been introduced since that point. You can obtain the latest version from your account page.
It looks like you are using WordPress 3.5+. We have never tested Event Espresso 3.1.15 with that version. However I know that the jquery used in the older versions of the calendar add on does not work with the jquery used by WordPRess 3.5+
You can resolve this by either upgrading the Event Espresso plugin or editing the calendar files (espresso-calendar/scripts/fullcalendar.min.js – do a search for curCSS and replace with css) though the editing is really only a stop gap measure.
Please remember to update the add on plugins as well should you update Event Espresso.
