I have the licence problems but also my site shows this “Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades” it was OK for auto-updates. Is this ca characteristic of the licence issues?
Also reading the solution it suggests a reset request is made, but doesn’t this cost some dolars or can I so it for nothing?

You only have one site on your licence list so I have gone ahead and reset the licence key. Please remove the key from the settings, save, ad it back and save.
