Hello,
we want to change the subject from WordPress to a customized subject for the autoresponder emails sent. How can we set this?
We also have a problem, altough we have set the payments to complete, and we have set a transcations page ,after the registration confirmation we get a payment incomplete page showing. How can we fix this or even better after the registration confirmation ,not to have a payment status page at all showing. Thank you

Hello,
Under General Settings > Email Settings, change “Use fancy email headers?” to Yes. That will change the name from WordPress to the Organization name that you have set under General Settings.
I guess I am not understanding what you are trying to accomplish. Are your events free and you do not want a payment page to show?

Thank you for the Reply. The subject is Fine.
No actually we have events that will be paid upon arrival on premises.
So we do not want to have a payment overview page.
Just the registration Confirmation
Is this doable?

Hey Costas,
No sorry that isnt possible. The best that you could do here would be to use the Check/Money order Payment Gateway and edit the details to say “Pay at Event” or something.
You would need to edit some of the gateway files though to remove some aspects like the Payable to: or rename them via the language files using a program like Poedit
