Seth, I have called you 3 times over the last three days with no response. Last month I ran an update of your product which broke my database and application. You Team worked on it for a week and a half before they got it back up. Their fix left the report not working correctly and the registration processes only functioning a small amount. I have requested a new key to reload this application to a new WP directory several times so I can get a working version up before taking do the broken one. How long does it take to get a response from your company when a paying client of yours needs help and your update broke their product in the first place. I am getting very frustrated with this issue and require some assistance ASAP. Please email me or call me as I have requested via your personal phone voice mail and email request.

Your account has been updated and if you head over to your account page, you’ll see the new license key that you requested. You can download the current stable version of Event Espresso and the add-ons from your account page as well.
