Well you could add an additonal Question to obtain the secondary email, however getting it integrated into the plugin to be used as an email would require changes to the core code of the plugin, which would require some custom development work.
What is the purpose of the secondary email? If it is for an additional person, why not allow group registrations and request the Personal Information from the Additional Attendees, which would gather name and email?
Yes, if additional attendees are used and at least the Personal Information is selected so the system gathers an email then they will receive a confirmation email.
