The plugin has a Spanish translation for both front and back end. Currently it is approximately 75% complete so not every string (text) will be in Spanish.
Do you have tuneup service? is it necessary?
Tuneup service meaning a service to integrate Event Espresso into your site? If so we have some installation services available on checkout. We offer most support as part of the licence fee, via the forums. We also offer Priority Support tokens for when you need more complex or hands on help.
Is it needed? That depends on your technical knowledge, and the issue at hand, so it cannot really be answered
