Multiple ticket purchase

We have Event Espresso Premium. My client wants people to purchase tickets for other people, but do not want the multiple Attendee registration.

I’ve been told EE can let an attendee purchase multiple tickets. But when I turn off Group Registration for an event, I get the warning message that I can only select 1 attendee for the event.

So what do I need to do to make this work?

Also, I was told Group Registration was a global feature that could be turned off, but I could not find the setting.

Hi,

Group Registration is off by default and has to be activated on an event by event basis.

You can allow a user to buy multiple tickets but not have to register the details of others by activating the “Allow group registrations?” option and setting a number in the “Max group registrants” section. Importantly you also need to make sure that the “Additional Attendee Registration Info?” is set to No info required.
