Hello,

  1. is there a way to give my admin rights to manage the list of attendees (payments) only and not to be able to change the event details?
  2. Is there any way to create a new role in module Event Manager Permissions?

Hi,

1) Unfortunately not no, the events and attendees are intertwined in the system, so the two go together.

2) Yes, however you will need a third party plugin to create new roles as WP User Integration does not allow this, something like http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-role-editor/. The Event Espresso capabilities are listed as Custom Capabilities and can be assigned to new roles.
