Hi All, I have a problem with mails automaticaly sent by event espresso: they do not contains neither the qr-code of the bought ticket nor the gravatar of the user. How can I active the qr code and the gravar in mails sent from the plugin? Thank you very much in advance Daniele

I’m sorry, but I can’t find the place where I can create ticket like described at point 4 of the guide you suggested me.

Can you check to see if the ticketing add-on is active? When the ticketing add-on is active, it adds a menu item to the Event Espresso menu that’s labeled “Ticket Templates”.
To answer your original question, the ticket links and qr codes will display on the emails after you add the [ticket_link] and [qr_code] shortcodes to the email message.

yes, I did not put it in plugins directory, but at root level. So I activated plugin and I was able to create a ticket model as at step 4 and then attach it to the event as at step 6 and finally customizing the content of email sent.
