No registration notifications even after installing Mandrill

Per the advice given to use in https://eventespresso.com/topic/no-admin-notifications-or-registrant-emails-sent/ we have signed up for and installed Mandrill. However, we are still not getting any notification emails from Event Espresso. The “Test Emails” will send from the site, but most importantly, when someone registers for an event, there is no notification still.

Hi Mark,

Try deactivating each messenger through WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings

Then reverse your steps to reactivate them (drag them back to the left box).

Also, are these test emails from the Messages Editor or through the Mandrill settings screen?

I sent the test messages from the Messages Editor, not from Mandrill. Will try removing and reactivating the notification emails

I can’t drag back the most important one: Registration Pending Payment. I get an error stating:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_admin_settings_fields() on a non-object in /home3/skigirl/public_html/newenglandflingz.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/admin_pages/messages/Messages_Admin_Page.core.php on line 2294

I was able to activate all the other ones

Hi Mark,

Does the test email that you using via the Messages Editor match the event admin email or is it different?

It should be going out since the test emails work. Could you retest after deactivating and reactivating each message type?
