No phone numbers returned in registration

We set up out first event and required the registrant’s phone number. However, when we look at the attendee report or download an Excel file, there is no phone number. The Excel file has a field for the phone number, but it is blank.

Hello,

The attendee overall report wont show it though the individual Attendee Data will.

I was unable to recreate your problem, my excel sheet showed the phone number.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form
