I’m designing a website for several small community organisations that don’t have the facility to accept Paypal or Credit Cards as they all have different bank accounts. Is it possible to simply issue an invoice when someone books an event? Preferably a PDF template or HTML.

Thank you for reviewing Event Espresso.
Yes Event Espresso supports invoice payments. We have an invoice ‘gateway’ which also allows you to state Invoice Instructions.
Here I have both Invoice and Money Order Payment Gateways active. http://d.pr/i/GnSG
Clicking on Invoice gives me the option to download the invoice as a PDF (it can also be included within the registration email) and the instructions set within the gateway.

Attendees will be marked as ‘Pending’ until the Admin marks the payment complete.
