I have a client in Brazil. Gateways are an issue here, so we need to capture the payment details which the client will then process offline (is this possible).
Once payment is confirmed they will then need to update EE, which i’m guessing will trigger an email containing the event tickets.
Is this correct?
Also is it possible to capture an email for each attendee if for example, one person books 4 tickets?
By offline, I mean the customer will enter their credit card details. The event admin will then be able to manually process the card at our end i.e. with no gateway etc
Currently we don’t have any payment methods similar to the above, it would be possible to set up but would require a custom payment method to handle the details.
