I am having an issue where no one can seem to purchase a ticket to the event after the latest update. Members should be forced to login to purchase (been getting a weird error which a previous ticket said was a known issue), now no one can buy tickets. Please help!
The reason no one can buy a ticket has nothing to do with the latest update. What’s happening is the event pages are getting served from a cache. That caching needs to be disabled before you try to use Event Espresso. You can disable the caching by following this guide:
