No messages are being sent all of a sudden

At a particular time yesterday, all messages out of Event Espresso stopped being sent. There’s nothing queued up.

I can’t think of why messaging just stopped being sent or how to troubleshoot this.

OK it seems that all default message templates have disappeared! See attached screenshot.

You can go to the Settings tab and reactivate the message types.

Thanks Josh, I just realised that they had been toggled off, for email, html and pdf. Not sure why that happened?

Hi Richard,

We’ve not had any reports of messages being disabled so I’m not sure what would happen.

Do you have access to the server error logs? If so check to see if any errors have been thrown by Event Espresso within those.

Have you updated or installed any new plugins at the same time that this happened?
