I recently added a new event for our 2020 conference. In the past, when I add an event I am able to see it immediately. In this instance, I cannot see our new event.
However, when I copy the ticket selector code to another page, that loads without issue and I can do a registration through a page that is not the actual event page.

When I go to a past event page, I get the same “not found” error:

Our Venue pages are also not functional.
Our account appears to be in good standing, and both our theme and EE install are up to date. Any help would be appreciated so that we can open up to accept registrations!

Hi Stacy,
It appears that another plugin on your site has reset the site’s rewrite rules (or permalink settings). Here’s how to fix:
You go to your WordPress dashboard, then Settings > Permalinks. Simply visiting that page will restore the site’s permalinks.

Thanks Josh!! That was really confusing, as I haven’t installed any new plugins in ages. Now I’m off to go figure out what caused that.
