No Events Available

Wordpress: 3.8.1
EE version: 3.1.36.4.L

Every shortcode returns “No Events Available” although all my events are open and registration dates were today at 12:01am. You can see the pages here:

http://worldslargestbabyshower.com/seminars-test/ – contains the
[EVENT_LIST] shortcode

http://worldslargestbabyshower.com/seminars/ – contains the
[EVENT_ESPRESSO_CATEGORY event_category_id=”rooma”] shortcode

http://worldslargestbabyshower.com/event-registration/ – contains the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode.

Any ideas?

Hi Chris,

Could you temporarily deactivate Event Espresso through WP Plugins, then reactivate it, and ensure that there is at least one active event that is published?

If there is a way and you desire to have it I can set you up with a temp admin password to look. I would need to know how to get it to you confidentially. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi Chris,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> System Status.

Under ‘Registration Pages’ are all the URL’s green?

Was there anything changed that caused this? Updates/New plugins etc?

Hi Tony,

Yes all URLs are green. I did update WP and all plugins yesterday before creating any of these events. I also disabled all plugins besides EE after this issue arose, but that didn’t seem to change anything.

I am having the same problem as reported above. I can view my event. but not when I click on Event registration.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Thanks for the login details. The issue was quite simple in the end, the dates for the registration start/end and event start/end had been entered like so 02/03/14. They need to be entered like 2014-03-02 (Year-month-day).

Choosing the date via the datepicker will automatically add it in the right format for you.

@chris, not sure if that will help you but it’s worth checking.
