No error message when ticket quantity is not selected

When trying to register for events on our site, if the person doesn’t select a ticket quantity, no error message appears. Clicking the registration button simply reloads the current page, and people don’t understand why they can’t register. Here is one of our upcoming events:

Why isn’t the, “You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed” message displaying?

Hi,

Well, there are no errors on your site, nor any obvious issues with the JavaScript files.

The page should reload, and then load an EE_Error.js file which then displays the message. Your site is not loading that file, nor the JavaScript options which should load by default.

As nothing is obviously blocking this, can you run 2 tests please:

1) either swap themes or use the Theme Test Drive plugin and test the registration

2) disable all other plugins except EE and test the registration.

Thanks, Dean. I’ll need to enlist some additional help before trying either of these, but will let you know the outcome once we’ve tried them.
