Both us and registrants are not receiving messages when registrants pay for a ticket (though the payment is still being processed fine). Also not receiving any messages whatsoever that are non-payment related.
We’re happy to help. I’ve got some questions that can help us understand your website settings and set up.
1) Check your Messages settings. Event Espresso > Messages > Settings tab. Scroll down and make sure the Email Settings toggle is active. Scroll further down and tell us if the “Generate and Send all messages” on the same or separate request? If separate request, try setting to On the same request.
2) Edit your default message templates, and make sure the template toggles are active, and that there is a proper shortcode for the recipient in the template.

Also, please go to EE > Messages > Settings > Global Message Settings > and check if “Generate and send all messages” set to be sent in a same request or in a separate request?
Just an update: As per the suggestion of Garth, I have submitted a request to our site developers to update our domain DNS records with proper DKIM and SPF records. Will continue to keep you posted with the status of this issue.
