Hello:

When I test my Event in my localhost, and I have complited my Registration Form and then I click in the confirmation button, I don´t see any E-mail confirmation, the only i see is the Mail-Chimp confirmation e-mail.

What is the probleam?…

Maybe is because I am still in the Localhost?

Thanks for help… W.

Hi Walter,

Do you get the admin email confirmations that an attendee has registered?

What do you have as your Email Settings in the General Settings page of Event Espresso?

No, I think I Explained wrong.

The site is not yet online. Okay?, But I’ve been testing my site on my localhost, I have filled my form several times, I used more than 5 test emails, but None of these tests I have managed to get a confirmation I’m testing event.

I need to resolve this As soon as possible and I Intend to bring my site to be ready tomorrow, Tuesday August 21.

And also I want to upload this print screen so you can see what I have general settings Event Expresso.

Regards
W.

Do you have a mail transport agent program running on your localhost? The easiest way to test on a localhost is to use a smtp wordpress plugin, and set it up to use gmail’s outgoing smtp servers.

It’s beyond the scope of our support to troubleshoot problems with mail servers. Some local host installations may not even have a mail server set up. So in cases like these, we recommend installing and configuring the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send email using an existing email account. The developer of wp-mail-smtp has posted instructions here on how to configure sending mail through a gmail account.
