No 'Create Custom' Button for 'Registration Approved'

I have just purchased the ‘caffeinated’ version of Event Espresso in order to write custom emails for each individual event, having checked the forum previously to make sure this was possible. For some reason there is a ‘Create Custom’ button next to every other email except that one, which is obviously the only one I need. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi there,

I’m assuming you mean within the ‘Notifications’ section of the event editor? Like this – http://take.ms/bczTL

If so can you go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates (tab) -> Registration Approved.

Click either the Registrant or Event Admin link to edit the template.

In the sidebar on the right just above the save button, is the ‘Override all custom’ checkbox checked?

If so, uncheck it and save.

Now refresh the event editor and it should show a create custom button for that template.

If that’s not the right section can you add a screenshot showing the location please?
