No balance after applying a greater credit…

Hey all! Here’s my problem:

If a customer has a credit of let’s say $299 and they apply it to a class that will be $239, I saw no balance or remainder credit of $60. I registered for a class with a test, and I didn’t see any balance on the invoice.

Shouldn’t the client now have a credit of $60? Shouldn’t it be recorded somewhere?

I’m using EE4 Everything.

Event Espresso doesn’t actually have a credits system built in to core or the promotions add-on, so that’s not something that would be recorded.

If you want to set up a credits system that can be used with Event Espresso you could look into myCred:
which has an Event Espresso add-on:
