Next, did this issue recently start? For example, was it working as expected and this issue recently began?
If so, could you go ahead and deactivate all plugins and then reactive only Event Espresso and re-test?
If that helps and the issue goes away, then please reactivate a few plugins and a time and then test again. Continue this process until you run into the issue or until you have reactivated all plugins to restore your site.
