No Access to add questions to registration form

I purchased the Event Espresso 4 specifically so I could add questions to the registration form. This is locked I believe. I have added in the Support License Key to the settings page and my log in at Event Espresso says that my site is “Active” on the site..

What gives? How do I make this work?

Hi there,

Usually, the means you have the ‘Decaf’ version of Event Espresso installed on the site, if you started with Decaf and then purchased a license key, when you add the license key into EE it should show an update for the plugin that will switch you to the regular version.

If you go to Dashboard -> Plugins, what version of Event Espresso does it show there and does it show an update?

If its Decaf, thats why your Registration Form is locked and if it doesn’t show an update for EE the quickest way to get you up and running is to manually install the regular version.

De-activate and delete Event Espresso Decaf (you will not lose any event/registration data)

Download the latest version of Event Espresso 4 from your account page.

Save the zip to your local machine and then on the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new -> Upload plugin.

Upload the zip you just downloaded and activate that version of EE, you’ll now have full access to all features.
