I’m moving my event to a new site with a new name and branding. The new site won’t accept the support key. Please advise as to the best course of action.
It sounds like something on the site is blocking or changing the request for EE to call home.
To test this I used your key on one of my test sites and the domain instant assigned to that key on your account (I’ve reset the license key to remove this).
What is the domain of the new site? I’ll check our logs on the license server to see what is coming through on the request.
