Now when I go to enter an attendee I get this:

Hi David,
This is also an issue with using the seating chart on a server with PHP 7. You can work around this by changing line 441 of espresso-seating2/lib/class/seating_chart.class.php to be:
$tmpar2 = explode(":", $tmpar[count($tmpar) - 1]);
