How to make different rows in ticket additional information? At the moment all the text is in one row.

Hi there,
You’ll need to use HTML within the ticket description, so in your example your description would be:
Conference participants will get certificate with continuing education credit points as follows:
<ul>
<li>19,0 continuing education credit points for the civil engineer qualification;</li>
<li>15,4 continuing education credit points for the energy performance of buildings qualification.</li>
</ul>
Which outputs something like: https://monosnap.com/file/ZMp9F2pWY1dh1B9kX8mM1NxJlqhXn4
