New registrations not adding users

Having an issue with new registrations not creating new users.

In the WP Users plugin, the “Default setting for User Creation on Registration.” is set to yes, and I’ve confirmed that each event has the “Auto Create users with registrations?” set to yes as well.

Any ideas on what I’m missing here?
