New Questions not showing up on site!

I’ve added a couple new questions to my registration page but they don’t show up on my website – only the one’s with the lock next to them. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Stevie,

There are two areas that allow you to add question groups to the registration form. One is for the primary attendee, the other is for the additional attendee. They each have check boxes. Can you check and make sure that the boxes for the primary attendee are checked?

Thanks I got it working by checking the group questions checkbox. However, now my problem is that each time someone registers and pays, it doesn’t update the payment column or attendees (it just says incomplete next to their name). How do I get those to automatically update once someone registers?

Hi Stevie,

There could be one or a few things that are not set up correctly with the payment gateway. Which payment gateway are you using? Was this tested before going live?

I’m using Paypal. Would this have anything to do with the notification URL that Paypal asks me when setting up the IPN? If so, what would that URL be? My site hasn’t gone live yet, still working out the kinks before I do but I need to go live asap!

The transactions/notify page URL, which is the page that should have the [ESPRESS_TXN_PAGE] shortcode on it.

Is this page publicly viewable, ie. someone can view it without being logged into the site?
