we have in the registration form a new question (which is already have set) but we can see this information in the message for admins (because is not option therefore). We need more personal information as it is offered now.

Ok, so whilst you can add specific questions to the email using shortcodes if you just want all of the question you can use the QUESTION_LIST section of the template.
First, mane sure you are editing the correct ‘context’ of the message:
The support post ‘new question set but cannot set in the message form as shortcode’ is closed to new replies.
