I had this same occurrence last year and just continued to manually correct it in the database, but we’re using the Attendee Mover functionality more this year and it becomes a pain. The problem is that when an attendee is moved, new rows are created in the wp_esp_answer table for QST_ID = 1, QST_ID = 2, and QST_ID = 3. All which have an empty value for the corresponding ANS_value. QST_ID 1, 2, nor 3 exist in the table at all except for registrations when the attendee mover is used. It jumbles up data spit out by some custom code by having these additional rows added to the table for those registrations.

So is there a setting or anything we’re missing here or is there anything we can do to prevent these rows from being added automatically when using the attendee mover? Or are we stuck manually editing the database every time we use the attendee mover functionality to remove these empty rows?

The developers can review the copy registration function to find out whether it’s needed to copy those specific question answers.

In the meantime thing you could do is adjust your custom code so it skips over any rows that have QST_ID 1 2 or 3.
