I’ve recently launched my site to a new domain url. And we are on the process of updating event espresso and the plugins we purchased from you, but cant. we need to change our url (in site license key) to be able to do so. Please advise. Thanks
Can you remove the key from the site that has the old domain? In the meantime, we’ll reset the key so you can place it on the site with the new domain.
Thanks Josh. I deleted the old one and posted the new key I received. 2 of the 3 pop up “warnings” have gone but this one remains. Anything else I need to do?
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains…”
It may help if you go to the old site and deactivate Event Espresso there.
