New Account Did Not Receive Password

My client purchased EE3 on Saturday and registered a username, artcenterllc, but has not received a password to access his account. What do we need to do to complete the registration process and get a password so we can download and begin using EE3.

Hi,

I have reset their password and resent the registration email. Please let me know if they do or do not receive this. Please make sure to double check the spam folder just in case.
