Hello,
I am working with a medical training company that schedules multiple workshops throughout the year. They offer 16 different courses, and run approximately 80 locations per year. Each location will have a different Earlybird Price and Late Fee price that will affect the price, and need to be loaded into the system so that it pops up the correct price on the day the person is registering.

They are currently using WordPress and they are currently having customers fax in order forms (yes, hard to believe). Anyways, they need a few features to meet their needs. Would Event Espresso be able to handle this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Christian,

Yes, Event Espresso can handle the above pricing, although I think slightly differently that your are currently expecting.

Within Event Espresso you can assigned sale start and end dates within each ticket. So for example you can have an Early Bird ticket be on sale from 1st Sept through to 8th of Sept, then your regular ticket on salve from 8th Sept through to 15th and than finally the late ticket 15th through to the 20th (obviously any dates can be used these are just examples)

Like this – http://take.ms/wSBGK

Visiting the event within any of those dates will allow you to register onto the open ticket at that time.

Would that work?

I would recommend taking a look at our demo site to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 so you can create a demo event and see how this works. You can then see if it will suit your needs better.
