Need YOUR Certification for Chase Paymentech

I called Chase Paymentech today and they will not provide a Customer Username or Password until I provide your Certification with them. The guy is telling me that he can’t find Event Espresso in your list of Certified Developers. Please provide so I can get it set up.

Hi,

We actually do not have or provide certifications. Please note the following from EE’s Chase Paymentech documentation page:

To be certified to use this plugin and to receive production API credentials from Chase, you must complete the certification document Chase provides and submit it to Chase for review.

You can do this yourself or contact PluginIdeas.com who offers a Chase Paymentech Certification service.

I tried extensively to get Chase to help me add my Chase Paymentech account with Event Espresso. I have THREE accounts with them. They said they couldn’t find your company name at all as a developer so they wouldn’t let me. Disappointing.
