Need Urgent Help with Promotional Codes!

Hello,

Thanks in advance for the help! I activated my first promo code to be used on a specific event, however when I do a test registration, there is no input field for promo codes. Please help, we have an event coming up tomorrow that utilizes a code!

Hi there,

You have some CSS hiding the promotions section on your site, looks like it’s within Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

#ee-spco-payment_options-reg-step-form-payment-options-before-payment-options {
    display: none;
}

You’ll need to remove that for the promotions section to display.
