Need updates, have support token and account but not able to update

My website tells me I have updates for each of the Event Espresso components but need an account or product key. I have an account and key and support token but do not know how the updates can happen. Can you help or advise?

Hello Peter,

I have reset your license key. Please remove it from Event Espresso > General Settings. Then save the blank field. Once the page refreshes, you can enter the key again and save.
