I have emailed the below message as well but no-one answered my query.
I have been using an old version of EE3.
I have just bought a licence for EE4, with the intention of having our programmer start the process of upgrading to EE4.
However, I used a different email when purchasing so now have two Event Espresso accounts.
My developer wants to upgrade the version of Event Espresso 3, (partly because the site needs to upgrade the PHP version it is using – which the version of EE3 that we are currently using seems to be causing errors when doing this) while he works on moving over to EE4. Is this possible?
The two Event Espresso accounts are:
EE3 – jwebber
EE4 – jccwebber

BTW – The email was a reply to a query from Garth (answered by Kristen I think…?)
Anyway, I think this solves the problem
