When people purchase tickets they are not getting the email with the printable tickets. I have tried manually sending one to myself and did not receive that one either. How do I set it up so that when someone buys a ticket they get an email with the printable version?
I just ran a test registration on the domain shown within your account and received the ticket email.
The ticketing email is triggered when the registration status is set to Approved. With a free ticket that happens when the registration is finalized and the user directed to the thank you page.
